Hotel Plaza
You can tell the cosmopolitan Plaza Hotel is a five-star establishment the moment you enter. When you enter the front entrance, sculptures welcome you, and Paul Smith rugs and oil paintings are displayed all around the place. The apartments are decorated in a traditional English manner farther inside, and there is an attractive piano bar. A Tesla charging station and a five-star spa are located elsewhere. You shouldn’t be shocked if you see a few superstars.
Eurostars Andorra
It’s uncommon to find a ski hotel in a capital city’s commercial district, but Eurostars Andorra does just that. It’s a classy five-star hotel featuring a spa, a gym, and a Mediterranean-themed restaurant. The 66 rooms have designer decor, views of the outside, and recognizable Andorran designs. Both rooms have a wall separating the living area from the bedroom, ensuring you have plenty of space in each.
Acta Arthotel
The Acta Arthotel is a short distance from the main stores and eateries of Andorra la Vella, the principality’s capital city. The hotel itself draws inspiration from contemporary architecture; it boasts a chic spa with Turkish baths and a restaurant on the top level with sweeping views of the city and surrounding mountains. It takes 15 minutes to go to the ski slopes at Grandvalira or Vallnord.
NH Andorra la Vella
Another choice in the heart of the capital city is the NH Andorra La Vella, which is just a short stroll from the old town’s rich history. Luxurious accommodations emphasize the magnificent views of the Pyrenees Mountains with their autumnal hues, hardwood floors, and enormous windows that let in tones of light. The Suite rooms offer a large terrace, a dining area, and a jacuzzi, while the Superior rooms have king-sized beds.
Les Closes
Although Les Closes is located in the parish of Escaldes-Engordany rather than the capital city of Andorra la Vella, Andorra is not a particularly large country. The renowned Caldea thermal treatment and the hub of Andorra’s eateries, bars, and tax-free shopping are also both just five minutes away. The on-site restaurant serves Spanish tapas and foods from the nearby markets, while the hotel itself is contemporary and pet-friendly.
Niunit Hotel
Hotel Niunit is located in northern Andorra, five minutes from Vallnord Ski Resort. The hotel’s design philosophy is straightforward and chic; the lounge has a hip, coffee shop vibe, and the spa extends outside, really leading down to the Tristaina River. Before running back to the jacuzzi, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can take a dip in the frigid river. Try the Andorran veal in the restaurant, which bears the Carn d’Andorra seal.
Naudi Boutique
The Hotel Naudi Boutique is a cozy, family-run, adult-only hotel in Soldeu that opened its doors in 1964. It is close to Grandvalira’s ski slopes. Gastronomy is an integral component of their offering, and the modern style has a hint of Scandinavia about it. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, make sure to stop by the restaurant and try their innovative spins on regional fare.
Termes serhs carlemany
Turkish baths, hot tubs, and saunas are available to visitors at the aptly called Hotel Spa Termes SERHS Carlemany in Escaldes-Engordany. To make your buddies back home even more envious, you can even sip some champagne while in the jacuzzi. The Duplex Suite offers space to spread out, making it the perfect choice for families. The rooms are classically designed. You have access to ski lockers, and the tax-free shopping in the city center is just over the street.
Bruxelles
The Bruxelles is a classic ski hotel with cozy timber decor, tall wooden beams, and lively drapes. The hotel’s proximity to Soldeu’s Grandvalira ski slopes, rather than its aesthetics, is the key factor for this, with a distance of 50 meters (164 feet). After skiing the 250km (155 mi) of slopes at Grandvalira, descend to the hotel and have a beer on the Bruxelles patio.
Abba Xalet Suites
The Abba Xalet Suites Hotel is a few kilometers from the La Massana gondola, which serves the Vallnord Ski Resort, in the village of Sispony in La Massana, one of Andorra’s seven parishes. The hotel is made up of two structures with design cues from French chateaux. Try the stewed oxtail or pil-pil cod at their restaurant, which specializes in regional food.
